About The Position

Join our dynamic team as an Administrative Assistant at Airgas. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth flow of daily operations by providing essential administrative support. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Capacity to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork.
  • Ability to read and understand safety data sheets.
  • Administrative Certificate from an accredited institution or equivalent experience.
  • Basic knowledge of Google Workspace applications.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with SAP is a Plus!

Responsibilities

  • Embrace and uphold Airgas’ commitment to safety, contributing to an environment where all regulatory requirements are supported and necessary training is successfully completed.
  • Support and coordinate various administrative tasks, such as processing sales tickets, cash reconciliation, and maintaining inventory levels to help the team thrive.
  • Complete paperwork, coding, and costing while maintaining ideal inventory levels.
  • Facilitate digital documentation workflows, including scanning delivery tickets and ensuring billing alignment for our customers.
  • Prepare for monthly safety meetings and contribute to essential responsibilities like fuel reports and reconciliations.
  • Help customers over the counter from time to time with questions, concerns, product inquiries.
