About The Position

Responsible for heat-treating brake shoes. This role requires adherence to Environmental, Health & Safety standards, maintaining a clean work area, and working safely at all times. Additional duties may be assigned by a supervisor.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Good communication skills
• Must be able to work independently
• Ability to work well with others
• Must be able to lift 15lbs repeatedly at shoulder height or above
• Must be able stand continuously for 8 -12 hrs
• Ability to bend, twist and lift repetitively
• Demonstrates dependability and adherence to all safety rules and regulations

Responsibilities

• Manually loads parts into the fixture and verifies quality of parts
• Maintain Environmental, Health & Safety standards in the workplace
• Always keep work area clean
• Work in a safe manner always
• Other job duties may be assigned by supervisor
