BRAKE PRESS OPERATOR - 2nd Shift
About The Position
QualServ Solutions International, a Middleby Corporation Company, is seeking a Brake Press Operator for their 2nd shift. Middleby is a global leader in foodservice, food processing, and residential kitchen appliances. QualServ provides innovative services and solutions with a global supply chain, operating large facilities in the United States and Europe. The Brake Press Operator will be responsible for manufacturing parts by forming and bending metal to precise specifications. This role involves reading prints, changing dies, performing quality checks, utilizing computer skills for setup and programming, and maintaining a safe work environment.

- Use of tape measure, square and protractor
- Frequent lifting, pulling, pushing and carrying
Responsibilities
- Operate the brake press to form and bend conveyor components
- Read blueprints to determine the flange length or where to bend the part
- Recall basic CNC programming and / or edit basic CNC programming on the operator's panel
- Change the brake press dies to the appropriate die
- Perform quality checks, detect and report defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor
- Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations
- Use of tape measure, square and protractor
- Perform any other related duties as assigned
- Must pass drug test
- Must pass background check
