The Brain Metastases Program Director will provide strategic leadership and oversight for the development, implementation, and growth of a multidisciplinary Brain Metastases Program within the Preston A. Wells Jr. Brain Tumor Center at the University of Florida. This role is responsible for advancing research initiatives and strengthening program infrastructure focused on metastatic brain tumors, while fostering collaboration across neurosurgery, radiation oncology, and medical oncology. The Program Director will lead clinical program development, coordinate multidisciplinary clinics, oversee tumor boards, and guide protocol development to support innovative and evidence-based care. This position will also drive the expansion of clinical trials related to brain metastases, including investigator-initiated and translational research efforts. The role encompasses responsibilities in research, administrative and program leadership, clinical care, and teaching. The Program Director will play a central role in strengthening data infrastructure, advancing quality improvement efforts, and promoting integrated, patient‑centered models of care delivery. This leadership position supports the Center’s mission to expand access to advanced therapies, improve coordination of care for patients with metastatic brain tumors, and establish the University of Florida as a national leader in brain metastases research and treatment.
