About The Position

GreenSpace Recycling is hiring a Box Truck Driver & Waste Sorter, internally titled Waste Remedy Agent Trainee, for our Liberty Lake team. You’ll service apartment communities throughout the greater Spokane area by driving a company box truck, sorting waste and recycling, removing bulky items, and keeping waste enclosures clean.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with at least 5 years of licensed driving experience
• Safe driving record
• Availability for early morning shifts
• Capable of lifting and maneuvering heavy items and performing sustained outdoor physical work
• Reliable attendance and communication

Nice To Haves

• Box truck driving experience preferred
• Any required medical certifications (such as a DOT medical card for drivers)

Responsibilities

• Navigate daily routes in a company-provided box truck
• On-site sorting of trash and recycling, cleaning enclosures, and handling furniture or appliances
• Lift and maneuver items weighing up to 150+ pounds
• Removal of bulky items (including furniture and appliances)
• Perform light janitorial work and cleanup as needed

• Competitive Pay: $23/hour to start, increasing to $24/hour after successful completion of the 90-day introductory period. Additional opportunities to grow to $26/hour.
