About The Position

GreenSpace Recycling is hiring a Box Truck Driver & Waste Sorter, internally titled Waste Remedy Agent Trainee, for their Liberty Lake team. This role involves servicing apartment communities by driving a company box truck, sorting waste and recycling, removing bulky items, and maintaining clean waste enclosures. The position offers training to become a Waste Remedy Agent and does not require a CDL.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with at least 5 years of licensed driving experience
• Safe driving record
• Box truck driving experience preferred
• Availability for early morning shifts
• Capable of lifting and maneuvering heavy items and performing sustained outdoor physical work
• Reliable attendance and communication

Nice To Haves

• NO CDL REQUIRED

Responsibilities

• Navigate daily routes in a company-provided box truck
• On-site sorting of trash and recycling
• Cleaning waste enclosures
• Handling furniture or appliances
• Lift and maneuver items weighing up to 150+ pounds
• Removal of bulky items (including furniture and appliances)
• Perform light janitorial work and cleanup as needed
