About The Position

Accurately process ticket transactions using the Ticketmaster ticketing system, including sales, exchanges, and refunds. Ensure proper collection of payment and documentation for all guests attending shows. Provide prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable assistance to guests regarding show schedules, seating options, and ticket availability. Resolve ticketing issues efficiently to ensure a seamless guest experience. Collaborate with the casino marketing team to manage the distribution and processing of VIP and complimentary casino tickets. Maintain accurate records of all VIP transactions. Troubleshoot and resolve ticketing discrepancies, technical issues, and guest concerns with professionalism and urgency. Create and maintain a positive working environment.

Requirements

• Proficiency in the Ticketmaster ticketing system.
