Assists guests with ticket needs and distributes will-call tickets. Answers questions concerning upcoming entertainment at Hard Rock Live. Operates the ticket reservations system and other in-house computer-based systems. Processes and distributes complimentary ticket orders. Obtains tickets as requested, computes bills, gives proper change, and/or obtains signatures as needed. Handles cash, cash equivalents, and all paperwork in accordance with Company policies. Removes, records, and turns in the amount of cash in the register at the end of the shift with necessary paperwork. Balances the ticket reservations system and other in-house computer-based systems as required at the end of the shift. Promotes outstanding guest relations.
