The manager also leads box office operations for most performances, supports event logistics (ticketing, seating, waitlists, surveys), and collaborates with house management staff. Additionally, the role provides customer service to patrons and subscribers, manages group sales and communications, oversees SFY (Season for Youth) orders and invoices, and maintains accurate financial records. The manager also supports marketing and sales efforts, builds ticketing events and promotions in the system, and assumes broader operational responsibilities when senior leadership is absent.
