Hotel Carmichael - Box Office Coordinator

Coury Hospitality•Carmel, IN

About The Position

The Box Office Coordinator is an essential member of the team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to guests and is often the first impression of Feinstein’s Cabaret. The role assists customers with purchasing show tickets and provides information about showtimes and performers. It also manages reservations and waiting lists, communicates guest requests and preferences to servers and managers, answers the phone, and responds to email inquiries. The position combines box office and guest-service duties with support for restaurant operations. The coordinator works with management on seating charts, maintains show calendars and artist lists, and monitors Pre-Kindle and Eventbrite to ensure ticket-sale details are accurate. As guest traffic allows, the coordinator may also assist servers, bus persons, and hosts with service tasks.
