This position involves answering telephone calls and conducting ticket sales for The Grand Opera House and Mercer Ticket Sales. Students will receive training in ticketing software and are expected to stay informed of upcoming shows and events. Additional responsibilities may include working on mailings, filing, and completing other tasks as assigned. The main box office is at The Grand Opera House on Mulberry Street, which is off campus. Shows and athletic events will be worked as needed. Box office hours during the school year are 12p-4p TR, 12p-6p F. Student employees are vital to the success of Mercer University.
