About The Position

The Bowling Representative greets Guests, takes reservations, and maintains daily records. The role communicates with Technicians using radio courtesy standards, assigns lanes, and programs scoring programs. It also involves promoting center functions, leagues, and special events through lane-to-lane solicitation and ensuring Guests have all necessary equipment.

Requirements

• Possess excellent Guest service skills.
• Be able to accurately handle cash transactions.
• Have good computer skills.

Nice To Haves

• Previous cash handling experience preferred.
