Bowling Guest Srvcs Supervisor - Santa Fe
About The Position
Responsible for practicing, supporting, and promoting Station Casinos’ “Beyond the Best” Company-wide culture and demonstrating Station Casinos’ Championship Service Standards at all times. Exercise the general responsibilities necessary to minimize operational costs and maximize profitability. Assist in hiring and counseling Team Members. Assist with annual reviews and one-on-one sessions with direct report Team Members. Ensure the development of subordinate staff with on-going training. Assist in scheduling of direct report Team Members. Responsible for enforcing departmental Standards of Performance Manual and assist Manager in developing Policy and Procedure Manuals. Perform continual observation of bowling facility to ensure standards of maintenance and cleanliness are adhered to. Maintain healthy working relationships and professional climate. Must interface effectively with management, peers, Team Members and Guests. Assist in development of annual budget and business plan. Oversee workflow of bowling operations and organize for optimum efficiency.
Requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form.
- Friendly, outgoing, energetic and enthusiastic personality.
- Well organized and detail-oriented.
- Excellent verbal, written communication skills, Team member and Guest relations skills, organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Prior management experience in bowling industry required.
- Ability to work any shift or hours.
- Ability to act quickly and exercise good judgment under pressure.
