About The Position
Overseeing smooth function of the bowling center control desk by maintaining staff scheduling and training, desk inventory and house equipment inventories (shoes and balls). Acts as liaison between Guest Services Representative and management.
Requirements
- Supervisory experience in a guest services or similar role
- Experience with staff scheduling and training
- Inventory management skills
- Ability to act as a liaison between staff and management
