About The Position
Overseeing smooth function of the bowling center control desk by maintaining staff scheduling and training, desk inventory and house equipment inventories (shoes and balls). Acts as liaison between Guest Services Representative and management.
Requirements
- Supervisory experience in guest services or a related field.
- Experience with staff scheduling and training.
- Inventory management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
