About The Position
Assist customers with bowling. Provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional experience for all of our guests. Each Employees primary objective is to show our guests such a marvelous time, they will want to return again and again.
Requirements
- Friendly, responsive service
- Guest focus
- Proper cash handling procedures
- Ability to help guests with shoe sizes
- Ability to set up bowling lane payment in register, collect payment, and make change
- Ability to ensure customers are following safe bowling practices
- Positive attitude
- Ability to keep area clean during and after customers are bowling
- Ability to keep work area, equipment, counters, and storage areas clean and orderly
- Ability to ensure bowling balls are put up after guests are finished
- Ability to ensure all bowling shoes are properly disinfected
Responsibilities
- Maintain a Guest focus while performing duties
- Follow proper cash handling procedures
- Help guest with shoe sizes
- Set up bowling lane payment in register, collect payment, and make change
- Make sure customers are following safe bowling practices, inform manager on duty of any action is necessary
- Maintain a positive attitude and always SMILE
- Keep area clean during and after customers are bowling
- Keep work area, equipment, counters, and storage areas clean and orderly
- Make sure bowling balls are put up after guest are finished
- Make sure all bowling shoes are properly disinfected
- Other duties as assigned by supervisors or management staff
