About The Position
Assist customers with the Arcade. Provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional experience for all of our guests. Each Employee's primary objective is to show our guests such a marvelous time, they will want to return again and again.
Requirements
- Assist customers with the Arcade
- Provide friendly, responsive service
- Create an exceptional experience for all guests
- Help guests redeem points for prizes
- Inform customers of their point balance
- Maintain a positive attitude
- Keep the arcade area clean
- Keep work area, equipment, counters, and storage areas clean and orderly
- Notify management of game repairs or card kiosk issues
Responsibilities
- Maintain a Guest focus while performing duties
- Help guest with redeeming points for prizes
- Let customers know point balance on their cards
- Maintain a positive attitude and always SMILE
- Keep area clean during and after customers are in arcade
- Keep work area, equipment, counters, and storage areas clean and orderly
- Notify management of any games needing repaired or issues with card kiosks
- Other duties as assigned by supervisors or management staff
