About The Position

Reckitt is seeking a Production Employee to operate and support drying processes as part of its manufacturing supply chain. The role involves monitoring drying equipment and bulk transport systems, troubleshooting equipment, handling bulk materials, performing cleaning-related connections and chemical tests, maintaining equipment, and completing documentation. The employee will collect samples and maintain a clean, sanitary work environment while working independently and collaboratively.

Requirements

Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous experience in a food manufacturing environment is a plus.
Previous experience in a food processing department is a plus.

Responsibilities

Monitor drying equipment, including dryers, fluid beds, bag houses, and bulk transport systems.
Troubleshoot equipment associated with the drying process.
Perform duties associated with bulk material handling.
Make sanitary connections for DCIP, TCIP, COP, and other forms of cleaning.
Perform chemical tests and maintain day tank levels.
Perform assigned preventative maintenance of drying equipment.
Disassemble and assemble various machinery.
Complete necessary transactions, reports, and documentation.
Collect samples from bulk and kraft bags.
Maintain a clean and sanitary environment.
Use independent judgment and work well on a team.
