Requirements
- Previous leadership or management experience.
- A proven history of driving sales, business growth and team performance.
- Experience coaching individuals toward measurable goals.
- Exceptional communication and relationship building skills.
- Strong organizational and problem solving abilities.
- Comfort using technology and business reporting tools.
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays as business needs require.
