About The Position

Richemont, a global leader in luxury goods, is seeking a Boutique Director for its Vacheron Constantin boutique in Las Vegas. This role is pivotal in representing the Maison, driving boutique operations, leading the team to achieve sales targets, and ensuring exceptional client service. The ideal candidate will be an ambassador for the brand, focused on developing local clientele and maximizing the boutique's sales and profit potential.

Requirements

  • College degree preferred
  • 5+ years of previous experience in a management role (watches or high-value luxury product preferred)
  • Strong understanding of Customer Service needs and customer priorities.
  • Knowledge of the local market
  • Excellent computer skills
  • SAP exposure is a plus.
  • Additional language skills are a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required
  • Strong understanding of Customer Service needs
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and with precision
  • Self-starter with team-player approach
  • Must be available to work retail hours including nights and weekends

Responsibilities

  • Consistently achieve sales results, monitor KPIs, and maximize boutique profits.
  • Develop and implement dynamic action plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop local clientele for the Vacheron Constantin Las Vegas Boutique and understand client profiles.
  • Evolve high-value sales, focusing on cultivating new local clientele.
  • Provide expert product knowledge and Maison history.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and customer service.
  • Cultivate strong client relationships through exceptional service and CRM initiatives.
  • Act as an ambassador for the Maison, build direct contact with VICs, and grow the CRM database.
  • Partner with management to develop client and prospect plans.
  • Resolve client issues and escalate as needed.
  • Initiate and participate in PR events to promote boutique presence.
  • Assist in planning and execution of marketing activities.
  • Represent the brand as an Ambassador at meetings and events.
  • Collaborate with the CRM department to enhance outreach and ROI.
  • Coach, train, motivate, and lead the team by example.
  • Drive performance and ensure people development through KPI follow-ups, one-to-one meetings, and training plans.
  • Develop positive team relationships and conduct motivational daily briefings.
  • Partner with management to identify and implement optimal training opportunities.
  • Oversee and prepare weekly, monthly, and annual reports with strategic analysis and action plans.
  • Prepare customer analysis reports, sharing insights on local trends.
  • Manage staff commission reports, customer analysis reports, and NPS surveys.
  • Handle any ad-hoc reports assigned by management.
  • Manage all operations in line with Maison's policies and procedures.
  • Maintain strong partnerships with Richemont North America Finance, Audit & Security teams.
  • Manage T&E, boutique expenses, and repair & maintenance budgets.
  • Handle all staff and client-facing issues independently.
  • Establish a strong brand presence and awareness.
  • Implement outstanding customer service.
  • Develop and retain talent.
  • Lead CRM strategies for higher ROI.
  • Ensure strong visual merchandising.
