About The Position

Oracle is seeking a Sales Director for its Casino operations. This role will provide strategic leadership and direction for casino operations, marketing, and guest services across multiple North American locations. The ideal candidate will develop and implement business plans to drive revenue growth, operational efficiencies, and market share expansion. This position requires ensuring compliance with all gaming regulations, company policies, and responsible gaming initiatives. The Sales Director will establish and manage budgets, forecasts, and key performance indicators, monitoring and reporting on financial performance. They will lead, mentor, and develop property general managers and department heads to achieve operational objectives, and foster strong relationships with regulatory bodies, key partners, and host communities. The role also involves overseeing the introduction of new products, services, and technology enhancements to improve customer experience, and collaborating with Marketing and loyalty teams to develop promotions and campaigns tailored to regional markets. A key focus will be driving a culture of excellence in guest services, safety, and security. The Sales Director will oversee a team of 6-7 Sales Executives.
