Requirements

  • 4 years of related experience in administration, operations, or customer service.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Executing administrative and logistic tasks.
  • Ensuring compliance with brand security and operational procedures.
  • Handling shipping and receiving.
  • Managing all outgoing and incoming repairs with 100% tagging accuracy.
  • Supporting all aspects of operations, including boutique maintenance and supply ordering.
  • Facilitating the sales process.
  • Coordinating the annual inventory, daily reconciliation, and cycle counts.
  • Ensuring safe organization for a fluid sales process and seamless client experience.
  • Preparing paperwork for accounting in a timely manner.
  • Organizing and preparing for weekly and monthly audits.
  • Providing assistance to finance and auditing teams.
  • Ensuring all paperwork aligns with Richemont North America and Van Cleef & Arpels policies.
  • Ensuring accurate audit scores for the boutique.
  • Using clear and concise communication to support Boutique Management and business relationships with vendors.
