About The Position

Pace is hiring a Bottle Order Technician (Client Services Technician) to support its environmental testing laboratory. The role involves selecting and labeling glassware for customer orders, recording and processing orders in the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS), and preparing accurate, secure packages for delivery. The technician helps maintain quality, safety, and organization in the work environment. Training is provided, and the role offers an opportunity to build a career in laboratory sciences. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 10:30 AM to 6:00 PM. Compensation is $18.00 per hour; the final offer may reflect geographic location, relevant experience, education, skills, internal equity, market conditions, budget, and organizational guidelines.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to handle glassware and other materials carefully.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and basic computer skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work efficiently independently and as part of a team.
Ability to stand for long periods of time.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Microsoft Outlook.
Familiarity with inventory management and order processing systems.

Responsibilities

Select glassware from inventory according to customer orders and attach appropriate labels.
Use the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) to maintain detailed order records and ensure orders are prepared and packed accurately.
Prepare and pack orders efficiently for delivery, ensuring items are securely packaged.
Verify order accuracy and confirm orders meet required specifications before dispatch.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following safety regulations and company policies.
