About The Position

Pace is hiring a Bottle Order Technician (Client Services Technician) to support its environmental testing laboratory. The role involves preparing customer orders for glassware and related materials, maintaining order records in the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS), and ensuring orders are accurate, securely packed, and ready for delivery. Training is provided. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday, 10:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and pays $18.00 per hour. The compensation offer may reflect factors including geographic location, relevant experience, education, skills, internal equity, market conditions, budget, and organizational guidelines.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to handle glassware and other materials carefully.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and basic computer skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work efficiently independently and as part of a team.
Ability to stand for long periods of time.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Microsoft Outlook.
Familiarity with inventory management and order processing systems.

Responsibilities

Select glassware from inventory according to customer orders and attach appropriate labels.
Use the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) to maintain detailed order records and ensure accuracy in preparation and packing.
Prepare and pack orders efficiently and securely for delivery.
Verify order accuracy and ensure orders meet specifications before dispatch.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with safety regulations and company policies.
