About The Position

The Bootcamp Class Instructor is responsible for leading safe and effective exercise classes, maintaining all mandatory education certifications, and adhering to company policies and procedures. This role requires a strong understanding of the Elite brand and its mission, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to adapt instruction for clients of all levels.

Requirements

• Maintain valid CPR Certification.
• Experience teaching exercise classes for clients of all levels
• Strong customer service skills
• Good verbal communication

Nice To Haves

• Nationally Accredited Aerobic Certification AFAA, ACE or NASM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Instruct safe and effective exercise classes.
• Maintain all mandatory education certifications.
• Follow all instructor sign-in/sign-out procedures.
• Understand, and follow all policies, procedures, and standards.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the Elite brand and model behavior in accordance with Elite mission statement.
• Facilitate all member requests or forward to a manager.
• Maintain professional disposition at all times.
• Follow all club/facility policies and procedures.
• Follow all policies and procedures in Employee Handbook.
