Bookkeeping, Accounting, and Auditing Clerks (775421)/Part-Time Pay rate : $17.00 per hour Temp ( 3 months+) Job Location : 2601 Blair Stone Rd, Tallahassee, Fl 32399 Hours: Mon- Fri 8-5 (16 hours a week) Job Description Computer Software used : OnBase, Versa, Outlook and Excel, Computer, copier, calculator
Requirements
- Highschool or GED

- Basic accounting skills
- no certifications are required.
- Standard BG and Statewide Criminal Search past 7 years.
Nice To Haves
- knowledge of GAAP
- previous auditing experience
Responsibilities
- CLP will be auditing financial documents and performing accounting calculations to determine the financial stability of companies.
- CLP will be utilizing computer programs to find the documents, perform calculations, and entering the required information into a reporting form.
- CLP will not have to work outside of the office or contact the public.
