About The Position

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper to support our ongoing accounting needs. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working independently, enjoys staying organized, and has solid experience using QuickBooks.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks (required)
  • Experience with payment processing, reconciliations, and payroll
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Enter bills for approval and process payments
  • Update QuickBooks with transactions from bank feeds
  • Process biweekly payroll and enter job allocations
  • Enter intercompany transactions by entity (VISA/Sam’s Club statements)
  • Prepare and issue monthly tenant utility invoices
  • Reconcile credit card accounts
  • Complete monthly bank reconciliations
  • Reconcile intercompany balances and process cash transfers
  • Calculate and record management fees
  • Prepare financial statements
  • Assist with 1099 preparation and vendor review
  • Reconcile fixed assets to reporting schedules
  • Correct entry or sync errors in Bill.com
  • Set up new customers in QuickBooks
  • Enter manual checks
