About The Position

We are seeking a dependable and organized Bookkeeper/Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety and thrives in a fast-paced office environment. Responsibilities include entering invoices, managing records in QuickBooks Online, answering phones, scheduling service calls, assisting customers at the front counter, and supporting accounts receivable and accounts payable functions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and willing to jump in wherever needed to help keep the office running smoothly.

Requirements

  • Proven experience with QuickBooks Online required.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Comfortable handling phone calls and interacting with clients.
  • Basic knowledge of accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative or bookkeeping training is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Enter and manage invoices accurately using QuickBooks Online.
  • Perform basic accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) tasks.
  • Answer incoming phone calls professionally and direct them as needed.
  • Schedule and coordinate service calls efficiently.
  • Monitor and assist at the customer service counter when required.
  • Provide general administrative support and assist with various office duties as needed.
  • Maintain organized and updated records in line with company policies.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure smooth operations.
  • Other tasks as assigned.
