Strategic Solutions expertise goes beyond traditional transactional billing. Their team of consultants, coders, and billers provide critical insights for their providers. We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Part-Time Bookkeeper to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is preparing and processing daily bank deposits while ensuring accuracy and timely documentation. This position will also provide general support to the Accounting Department with various bookkeeping and administrative accounting tasks as needed. The ideal candidate is organized, trustworthy, and comfortable working with financial records.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate degree in Accounting, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Previous bookkeeping, accounting, banking, or cash-handling experience preferred.
  • Experience with accounting software is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
