About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented individual to support accounting, bookkeeping, and administrative functions across multiple operating companies. This role requires someone who is dependable, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.

Requirements

  • Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and accounting software
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability and willingness to work on-site in Las Vegas. This is not a remote position.

Responsibilities

  • Bookkeeping and account reconciliations
  • Accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Data entry and financial record maintenance
  • Coordination with outside accountants and professional advisors
  • Payroll-related administrative support
  • Preparation and organization of financial reports
  • Filing, record retention, and document management
  • Administrative support for ownership and management
  • Assistance with special projects across multiple businesses
  • General office management and coordination
