About The Position

Our Temple, Texas location is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Accounting & Administrative Coordinator to support our finance and sales operations. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, accurate, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in accounts receivable, payroll, order entry, or related accounting roles
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with accounting or ERP software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  • Ability to manage deadlines and handle confidential information
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High school diploma required

Nice To Haves

  • associate degree or higher in accounting or business preferred

Responsibilities

  • Process Accounts Receivable (AR), including invoicing, posting payments, and customer follow-up
  • Prepare and process Payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
  • Perform Order Entry, verifying pricing, quantities, and customer information
  • Create and manage Sales Quotes, coordinating with sales and operations as needed
  • Maintain accurate records and filing (electronic and paper)
  • Provide general accounting and administrative support
  • Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and internal teams
