About The Position
Sparta Networking is hiring Booking Agents to help customers explore vacation packages and complete reservations. If you enjoy talking with people, explaining options, and helping customers make decisions, we'd like to hear from you. You'll handle incoming phone conversations with customers interested in travel. The role includes customer service and vacation package sales, so you should be comfortable recommending packages and asking customers to move forward with a booking.
Requirements
- Comfortable speaking with customers, guiding a conversation toward a booking, and using a computer while keeping details organized.
- Reliable people who communicate clearly, welcome coaching, and maintain a consistent schedule.
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
Nice To Haves
- Previous travel experience isn't required—we provide paid training.
- Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, hotels, reservations, call centers, or phone sales is helpful.
Responsibilities
- Walk customers through vacation packages, pricing, promotions, and available dates.
- Answer questions and help customers select a package that fits their plans.
- Complete reservations and explain booking details and next steps.
- Recommend upgrades or additional options when appropriate.
- Assist with reservation changes and customer account updates.
- Record conversations and enter booking information accurately.
- Provide helpful, professional service before and after a reservation.
