Bonding - Night Shift
About The Position
This role involves operating bonding and sieving equipment to ensure products are prepared according to specifications. The Bonder Operator is responsible for setting up equipment, weighing products, verifying equipment cleanliness and fitness, conducting spray tests, and documenting all procedures. The Sieve Operator ensures equipment is set up correctly, products meet specifications, and supports the quality policy by preparing customer samples and adhering to safety procedures. Requirements
- Continuous lifting of 55lbs
Responsibilities
- Ensure equipment is set up
- Ensure that products are weighed as per formula
- Verify equipment fitness and cleanliness
- Spray test panels with adequate results
- Document all procedures on shop order
- Make sure that all safety procedures are followed
- Ensure equipment is set up and run per order card instructions
- Verify that products are in specification and clean prior to Sieving
- Support quality policy
- Prepare customer samples
