The purpose of the Client Director at Bolster is to build strong, lasting relationships with new and existing clients in the US market, and drive business growth through outstanding service and media campaign delivery. The major responsibilities of the position include client account management – serving as the primary point of contact for US clients and overseeing the seamless delivery of their work; business development – proactively identifying and pursuing opportunities to grow Bolster's presence and revenue in the US; and media campaign expertise – serving as the client’s main source of expertise with regards to digital performance and consumer marketing, and providing strategic guidance and support to the Campaign Manager and broader media team to ensure campaigns achieve and exceed client KPIs. The ideal candidate is a strategic media thinker with a proven track record in effectively planning and managing campaigns and clients across paid digital and traditional media channels, plus someone who excels in business development, and leadership—capable of balancing hands-on execution with big-picture growth strategies.
