Requirements

• 3+ years of estimating experience (mechanical, HVAC, or boiler systems preferred)
• Hands-on experience with boiler systems (installation, repair, or maintenance)
• Knowledge of oil, gas, and/or dual-fuel systems
• Experience with piping, welding, and mechanical systems
• Familiarity with ASME and NBIC codes

Nice To Haves

• OSHA certification is a plus

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections of commercial and industrial boiler systems
• Prepare accurate, detailed cost estimates (labor, materials, equipment, subcontractors)
• Review blueprints, mechanical drawings, and project specifications
• Identify code requirements, safety risks, and full project scope
• Collaborate with project managers, field technicians, and clients
• Assist with proposal development and project planning
