About The Position
Pepperfire Hot Chicken is hiring BOH Kitchen (The Nations) friends! We are a locally owned hot chicken restaurant that is growing rapidly and needs more team members. This position is responsible for food preparation, frying, hot chicken saucing, and proper order execution. There are opportunities for advancement and raises as you demonstrate your ability and desire to help our brand grow.
Requirements
- Prior kitchen experience preferred, but will train the right person with the right attitude.
- Coachable
- Able to work independently, quickly and stay on task.
- Enjoy a fast-paced, sometimes hectic environment.
- Love Hot Chicken and Blues Music.
- Desire to perform at a high level and help others.
