The pay rate for this position is $15.00 per hour. The concierge team is responsible for ensuring that all guest activities, spa services, and dining times are booked and that all guests requested expectations are met.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must be able to communicate effectively with guests, managers, and team members
• Must have excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Basic knowledge and understanding of math
• Must be able to exercise judgment and make decisions based on job knowledge and awareness of company goals
• Must be able to listen carefully to guest requests and execute them in a timely manner
• Must be able to sit at a computer for long periods of time
• Must be able to operate a company vehicle or golf cart

Nice To Haves

• Hotel Front of House operations experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Completes pre-arrival emails and calls prior to guest arrival to book activities, spa services, and schedule dining times
• Be a point of contact for guests prior to their arrival to inform guests of special happening during their stay and to answer any questions they may have
• Gathers/tracks guest information and preferences by maintaining the guest database
• Creates unique memorial experiences for our guests
• Reviews traces daily and confirms information with other departments
• Audit activity and spa bookings to ensure accuracy
• Communicates accurate guest information & preferences to other team members & departments
• Monitors website content to ensure accurate even information is posted
