About The Position

Requirements
- Previous body shop or collision repair experience required
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Nice To Haves
- I-CAR certification is a plus (but not required)
Responsibilities
- Perform collision repairs including body work, dent repair, and panel replacement
- Prepare and refinish vehicles to factory standards
- Work closely with estimators and team members to ensure timely, accurate repairs
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Deliver high-quality results that meet dealership and customer expectations
