Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Bodyshop Manager, preferably within a dealership environment
  • Strong knowledge of collision repair processes and industry standards
  • CDK system experience is required
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the bodyshop, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality repairs
  • Manage and supervise bodyshop staff, including technicians and support personnel
  • Coordinate with insurance companies, customers, and internal departments to facilitate smooth claims and repair processes
  • Maintain compliance with safety standards, industry regulations, and dealership policies
  • Monitor and control budget, expenses, and productivity metrics
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through timely communication and quality workmanship
  • Implement and uphold best practices for repair procedures and customer service
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new repair techniques, and CDK system functionalities
