Requirements

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• ASE certifications in Damage Analysis and Estimating, Mechanical and Electrical Components, and Non-Structural Analysis and Damage Repair, or equivalent experience and eagerness to improve.

Nice To Haves

• Welding, suspension, and framework experience; candidates willing to learn or train are also considered.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve parts required for repairs; review repair orders, work orders, and Body Shop Manager estimate notes; follow warranty guidelines; and notify a supervisor of repair add-ons.
• Adjust, replace, and repair equipment, including sheet metal, fiberglass and panel repairs, fabrication and structural welding, installation and alignment of body components, and electrical and mechanical repairs.
• Teardown and inspect vehicles for additional or hidden repairs.
