About The Position

Neil Huffman Auto Group is accepting applications and conducting personal interviews to hire an experienced Technician for the Body Shop. Earn between $75,000 and $130,000 per year.

Requirements

Experienced Technician
Ability to repair vehicles according to manufacturer standards
Ability to check parts against estimate and ensure proper parts are ordered and received
Ability to prepare vehicles for body repair work
Ability to notify management of additional repairs needed
Ability to notify management of difficulties or problems that may prevent a quality job or cause a change in promised time
Ability to maintain tools and equipment in a proper state of repair
Ability to maintain and wear all required safety and health personal protective equipment, including a respirator, in the manner recommended by the equipment manufacturer
Ability to comply with all laws and regulations pertaining to paint, thinners, and other hazardous materials
Ability to report any deviations to management
Ability to cooperate and assist other personnel in the repair and prepping of vehicles
Ability to understand, keep abreast of, and comply with federal, state, and local regulations that affect body shop operations, such as hazardous waste disposal, OSHA Right-to-Know, etc.
Ability to operate all tools and equipment in a safe manner

Responsibilities

Repairs vehicles per estimate and according to manufacturer standards.
Checks parts against estimate and ensures proper parts are ordered and received.
Prepares vehicles for body repair work.

Notifies management of any difficulties or problems that may prevent a quality job from being performed or cause a change in the promised time.
