About The Position

Neil Huffman Auto Group is accepting applications and conducting personal interviews to hire an experienced Technician for the Body Shop. Earn between $75,000 and $130,000 per year.

Requirements

  • Experienced Technician
  • Ability to repair vehicles according to manufacturer standards
  • Ability to check parts against estimate and ensure proper parts are ordered and received
  • Ability to prepare vehicles for body repair work
  • Ability to notify management of additional repairs needed
  • Ability to notify management of difficulties or problems that may prevent a quality job or cause a change in promised time
  • Ability to maintain tools and equipment in a proper state of repair
  • Ability to maintain and wear all required safety and health personal protective equipment, including a respirator, in the manner recommended by the equipment manufacturer
  • Ability to comply with all laws and regulations pertaining to paint, thinners, and other hazardous materials
  • Ability to report any deviations to management
  • Ability to cooperate and assist other personnel in the repair and prepping of vehicles
  • Ability to understand, keep abreast of, and comply with federal, state, and local regulations that affect body shop operations, such as hazardous waste disposal, OSHA Right-to-Know, etc.
  • Ability to operate all tools and equipment in a safe manner

Responsibilities

  • Repairs vehicles per estimate and according to manufacturer standards.
