About The Position

Packer City/UP International is seeking a Body Shop Technician to join its team. The technician prepares and restores vehicles to the proper condition efficiently and in accordance with dealership standards, provides estimates in a timely manner, and helps keep the body and paint shop current, clean, and compliant with OSHA requirements. The role is part of a dealership that emphasizes teamwork, trust, communication, customer service, and employee development. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of prior body shop experience.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Positive, friendly attitude and a customer-service mentality.
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work as a team player.
• Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures, and specifications.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record.

Nice To Haves

• Two-year degree or certificate preferred.
• CDL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide estimates within a timely manner.
• Prepare and restore vehicles to the proper condition efficiently and in accordance with dealership standards.
• Keep the body and paint shop current, clean, and updated in accordance with OSHA requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
