About The Position

Martin Automotive Group is hiring a Body Shop Technician for its Collision Center of Dayton. The role involves identifying and repairing damaged parts, documenting repairs and materials, coordinating with the Body Shop Manager and parts department, and maintaining a clean, safe work area while following applicable regulations. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Past experience required; the posting does not specify a duration.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication skills.
Good organizational skills.
Clean and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Determine and repair damaged parts.
Clearly communicate repair status to the Body Shop Manager.
Communicate with the parts department to obtain necessary parts.
Document all repairs performed.
Document all materials used.
Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
Follow company safety procedures.
Understand and follow federal, state, and local regulations, including hazardous-waste disposal requirements.
