Requirements
- Proven experience as a Body Shop Technician or in collision repair
- Strong knowledge of automotive body repair techniques and tools
- Ability to read and interpret repair manuals and technical documents
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality workmanship
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Valid driver’s license and ability to lift heavy parts as needed
Responsibilities
- Inspect damaged vehicles to assess repair needs and develop repair plans
- Perform body repairs including panel replacement, dent removal, welding, and frame straightening
- Ensure all repairs meet company and industry quality and safety standards
- Collaborate with technicians, estimators, and other team members to deliver excellent customer service
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and follow all safety procedures
