Requirements

Ability to read and interpret documents.
Previous customer service experience
Able to work Monday- Friday and every other Saturday
Friendly and energetic
Team orientated
Ability to communicate and relay information effectively to customers, employees, and management.
Proficient in Microsoft

Previous Reception experience preferred not required
Previous experience with CDK preferred not required
Excellent organizational skills

Responsibilities

Greeting guests, answering multi-line phone calls, and routing inquiries
Booking estimates, drop-off times, and post-repair inspections on the shop calendar.
Acting as a central communication link between clients, estimators, insurance companies, and repair technicians regarding job progress
Logging new repair orders, customer information, vehicle details, and warranties into the shop management software.
Create Purchase Orders
Reconciling incoming vendor invoices against active purchase orders and delivery receipts to ensure accurate pricing and parts counts.
Assisting with compiling final repair orders (ROs) and closing out tickets once jobs are completed
Accept customer payments and other cashiering functions.
Receives incoming mail
Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
Ensuring paper and digital files are compliant, legible, and routed to the correct department (accounting or management)
May also assist with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing and collating.
