About The Position

Plaza Motors Collision Center has a rare opening on our team for an experience Body Shop Parts Advisor. The schedule for this role is 7:30AM to 4PM, Monday through Friday, but with one night a week closing shop at 6PM. Summary: A Parts Advisor, will assist all customers, retail, and wholesale in selecting required parts in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner. A Parts Advisor be responsible for achieving monthly sales and gross forecasts as well as seeking out and soliciting business. Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in the automotive industry
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as organizational skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Reynolds and Reynolds, Dealer Management System and/or Point of Sales (POS) systems

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers and internal teams with parts related questions in person, via email and/or on phone
  • Effectively communicate estimated parts ship and arrival times, and provide support for technical parts questions
  • Accurately record parts transactions and data into our Dealer Management System
  • Prioritize and efficiently manage a high volume of work and meet deadlines
  • Maintain daily metric goals
  • Perform other duties as needed
