Requirements
- 3-5+ years of automotive estimating experience required.
- Proficiency with CCC One and Mitchell estimating software.
- Familiarity with insurance direct repair program (DRP) guidelines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Nice To Haves
- I-CAR certification preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Guide customers through the vehicle repair process, ensuring clear communication and excellent service at every step.
- Serve as the primary liaison between customers and insurance partners to facilitate a smooth, stress-free repair experience.
- Inspect and evaluate damaged vehicles, preparing accurate and comprehensive damage estimates using CCC One.
- Manage multiple tasks, including estimates, vehicle arrivals, and deliveries, to ensure efficient workflow.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, building trust and long-term relationships.
