About The Position

Transteck has an immediate opening for a Body Shop Estimator for our Transteck Collison Center. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills necessary to work as the main contact with our customers, insurance companies and our body shop. The position will also be responsible for selling all of our services to customers and prospects. The role involves completing estimates and settling payments with owners and insurance companies, and developing a customer base in an assigned area to grow dealership revenue.

Requirements

• Extensive background in heavy truck repair, truck painting, and paint systems.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques.
• Proficient in using estimating software and tools.
• Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Must pass background & criminal records check, physical exam and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main contact with customers, insurance companies, and the body shop.
• Sell services to customers and prospects.
• Complete estimates and settle payments with owners and insurance companies.
• Develop customer base in assigned area and grow dealership revenue.
