Requirements
- Previous experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Assess damage to vehicles by thoroughly inspecting the customer’s vehicle
- Obtain damage information from customer
- Build and maintain a strong relationship with insurance companies to secure agreement on repair work, parts, and cost of repair process
- Maintain contact with the repair technicians throughout the repair process
- Road test repaired vehicle to insure quality control of repair work
- Able to work within computer shop management system and use computer estimating systems
- Provide excellent customer service by demonstrating our mission and values
