At Suburban Collection Collision Center, we’re seeking a motivated, detail-driven Body Shop Estimator who excels in a high-energy environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong typing and computer proficiency
- Solid math skills to ensure precise service cost calculations
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
Responsibilities
- Accurately identify, validate, and resolve customer concerns
- Perform thorough vehicle inspections and develop clear, detailed repair estimates
- Serve as the key communicator between customers and technicians
- Manage incoming calls with professionalism, urgency, and accuracy
- Create repair orders and estimates using ProfitNet ADP
- Confidently utilize Pathways, Mitchell, and Audatex estimating systems
